Hi, I’m Allison and I am so grateful you are here.

I am a wife to my best friend and true soul mate, Reiss. We have been married for 9 years, inseparable since we were 16. I am a mother to the sweetest baby girl named Naomi Jireh, who is our greatest answered prayer and the inspiration behind everything I do. I strive to be the strongest, healthiest version of myself so I can be the best mother and wife that I can be for the family the Lord has blessed me with. If there is one thing I can tell you that fills my soul it is the love of Jesus Christ. He completely changed my life and I live to share the saving grace of His love in salvation.

my health + fitness journey

I had tried almost everything. I was working so hard, yet seeing hardly no progress.

I was vegetarian for three years, vegan for one year, used Isagenix for a year, cut bread and most carbs for months at a time, tried dairy free and gluten free, tried several of the top HIIT workout apps, joined gym group programs, would spend a hour at a time on the stair master and then hop on the treadmill, you name it.

I thought maybe I just had not found what “works best for me” and would move along to try the next diet and workout program in hopes that this would be what my body finally responds to.

Until I finally found what would change my life: macro counting paired with strength training.

Once I started fueling my body rather than depleting it and learned that I could actually see progress while eating the foods I loved, everything changed for me. I saw more change in my body, from the inside out, in less than 6 months time than I had in 6 years. For the first time, I found a process that I fell in love with that was sustainable and truly worked.

I finally learned to stopped chasing the burn mentality and realized that after so much fat loss, my body was only going to be a smaller version of what was already there.

So here I am years later, working the magic formula. I’m putting in time building some muscle, tracking my protein and fueling my body with more food than I ever have. I am building the “toned” body I never thought I could achieve and seeing my body change like it never has before, even now postpartum.
